Thick-rind heirlooms

Book your Christmas lights at the pumpkin install and we haul the pumpkins away free the day we hang your lights. You also get a priority November install date, which matters: our lights calendar fills by Halloween.
Want the roofline lit for Halloween too? Our two-holiday strand goes up once in late September or October, runs orange and purple through the 31st, and switches to Christmas by remote.

Pick a package and put down the 50% deposit. At checkout you choose your install week and give us the porch address. That week is yours.

We source and style
We buy your pumpkins fresh from farms around Portland the week of your install, then style the porch to your house. We text the day before. You do not need to be home.
- 03
Enjoy it through Thanksgiving
Any pumpkin that fails before Halloween is replaced free. In late November we can remove everything and take it to a local farm, free if you booked Christmas lights with us.
What is included, and what is not.
- Delivery and styling are included in every package. No trip charge in the Portland metro.
- Pumpkins are uncarved heirloom varieties. We do not carve, and carved pumpkins are not covered by the replacement guarantee.
- Removal is a $75 add-on, included with Showcase, and free with a Christmas lights booking.

Porch pumpkin questions, answered.
Do they survive Portland rain?
That is the whole design. Thick-rind heirloom varieties instead of carving pumpkins, straw and boards under every one so the base stays dry, the covered porch used first, and nothing carved. Uncarved pumpkins set this way last six to eight weeks here, which carries the porch through Thanksgiving. Anything that fails before Halloween is replaced free.
Can it look like Halloween without plastic skeletons?
Yes. Ask for the Haunt palette: ghost-white Luminas, blue-gray Jarrahdales, warty goblin pumpkins and deep green gourds, with the same straw and mums. Add our two-holiday roofline lights in orange and purple and the house reads as Halloween from the end of the street, then switches to Christmas in November.
How long do the pumpkins last?
Uncarved heirloom pumpkins last six to eight weeks when they stay reasonably dry. We set them on porch boards, steps and straw rather than bare soil, and we never carve them. If any pumpkin fails before Halloween, we replace it free.
When do you install?
We install during three weeks: Oct 1 to 4, Oct 5 to 11, Oct 12 to 18. You choose your week at checkout. We text the day before, and you do not need to be home.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, until seven days before your install week. After that the pumpkins have been bought for your porch, so the deposit is applied to your total but is not refunded.
What happens after Thanksgiving?
Removal is a $75 add-on, included with the Showcase package. The pumpkins go to a local farm as animal feed. If you book Christmas lights with us, removal is free: we take the pumpkins away the day we hang your lights.
Can I pick colors?
Yes. At checkout, tell us if you want it orange-forward, mostly white and neutral, or the full mix. We match the house.

The Portland metro: Portland, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Tigard, Tualatin, Sherwood, Wilsonville, Beaverton, Happy Valley, Milwaukie, Oregon City and nearby communities.
