An owner-run exterior cleaning company based in Oak Grove.
HomeHaven Northwest cleans gutters, roofs, windows, siding and concrete for homes around Portland, and hangs Christmas lights in November. Max Brown owns the business, measures the jobs and does the work.
Max Brown, owner.
Max answers the phone, measures the property from the address, does the work and handles anything that needs a second look afterward. When you call HomeHaven Northwest, you reach the person responsible for the job.

Measure first. Match the method. State the limits.
Every quote starts with the address. We measure the roofline, the glass or the concrete from satellite imagery and county records, confirm stories and access, and send one price for the work you picked before anyone climbs a ladder.
The method follows the surface: roof-safe moss treatment instead of pressure on shingles, low-pressure soft washing on siding, and pressure only on sound concrete. If something will not come clean, like oxidized paint or etched glass, we say so before the visit instead of after it.
What we do, and what we do not
- Gutter cleaning with every downspout flushed. We do not install or repair gutters or guards.
- Roof moss treatment and debris blow-off. We never pressure wash a shingle roof.
- Exterior window cleaning, priced by the pane.
- House washing and concrete cleaning, each quoted as its own section.
- Christmas light installation with takedown and storage. No permanent track lighting.
- Porch pumpkin styling in October.
