What does Complete Home Care cost?
Complete Home Care starts at $196 per month. Larger or more complex properties may price higher based on measurement, access, and included work. You see the exact protected price before signing.
Am I charged when I submit my address?
No. The first step checks the route and starts the measurement. You do not enter a card on this page.
What is included?
Your measured plan shows four annual visits, the listed gutter, roof blowoff/wash, window, house-wash, driveway/walkway washing, and up to two empty, accessible bins during each visit. Heavier roof treatment is confirmed separately before extra roof work.
Why do you need to measure my home?
Pane count, home size, driveway/walkway areas, access, and travel affect the real amount of work. Measuring first lets us show an exact scope and price.
Can I review everything before paying?
Yes. You see the included work, exact monthly amount, and service agreement before secure checkout.
What is due when I enroll?
The first seasonal visit plus the first monthly payment. Later monthly payments fund the next scheduled visit. The agreement shows both enrollment amounts before checkout.
What if I only want windows or gutters twice a year?
Those plans default to payment after each completed visit, with a 5% two-visit plan rate. Monthly installments may be offered as an optional payment method, not as a required subscription.
What happens if it rains?
We can work through normal light rain. We reschedule when wind, freezing weather, or unsafe conditions would affect the work.
