Welcome to HomeHavenNW! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your access to our professional exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and moss treatment (collectively, the “Services”).
By scheduling a service, signing an estimate, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Area
We proudly serve Portland, Oregon and surrounding areas. Requests outside our standard service zone may be subject to additional travel fees or declined based on crew availability.
2. Estimates & Pricing
- All estimates are free of charge and valid for 30 days.
- Pricing is based on square footage, scope of work, roof pitch, level of debris/moss buildup, and water access.
- Any additional work not included in the original estimate may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and approved before work continues.
- Quotes are provided based on visual inspection or customer-submitted photos. If onsite conditions differ significantly, pricing may be adjusted accordingly.
3. Scheduling & Access
- Customers are responsible for providing unobstructed access to all necessary areas during the scheduled service window.
- Please ensure pets are secured, gates are unlocked, and vehicles or outdoor furniture are moved as needed.
4. Weather & Safety
- Services may be rescheduled due to, high winds, ice, or other unsafe weather conditions.
- We reserve the right to postpone or cancel service if any site hazard (e.g., loose roof tiles, unstable ladders, wasp nests) poses a risk to crew safety.
- In some cases, we may halt service mid-job if continuing would result in safety violations or property damage.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due immediately upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include:
• Credit/Debit Card
• Cash
• Check
• Cash Transfer - Late payments are subject to a 10% fee per 7-day period until balance is paid in full.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
- We strive to reschedule within 1–5 business days, weather permitting.
7. Property Condition & Liability
- Customer is responsible for informing us of any known vulnerabilities, including loose gutters, damaged siding, poor caulking, or previous water damage.
- While we take extreme care with all surfaces, HomeHavenNW is not liable for pre-existing damage or damage resulting from improperly maintained surfaces or structures.
- We use low-pressure soft wash techniques where applicable to protect delicate surfaces, especially during moss treatment. However, results may vary depending on material age and condition.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you’re not satisfied, notify us within 48 hours of service. We’ll return to address any reasonable concerns at no extra charge.
9. Environmental Responsibility
HomeHavenNW uses environmentally safe cleaning solutions and abides by all Portland-area runoff and wastewater disposal regulations. We strive to minimize water waste and avoid chemical use unless necessary for moss or mold treatment.
10. Website Use
By accessing our website, you agree not to copy, distribute, or misuse any content, branding, or images. HomeHavenNW retains all intellectual property rights associated with the website and its materials.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
